DESIGN FAKTORIAL



Pada penelitian yang dilakukan pda 12 ekor ayam umur 2 minggu, tentang pengaruh pemberian probiotik, antelmetik dan pakan terhadap berat badan ayam. Apakah perlakuan tersebut memberikan pengaruh terhadap berat badan ayam? Berapa besar pengaruhnya? Data hasil penelitian dapat di lihat pada tabel berikut ini :

  Pada rancangan di atas, setiap perlakuan yaitu none (tanpa probiotik) terdapat 4 ekor ayam, antelmentik terdapat 4 ekor ayam dan antelmentik+anticoccidia 4 ekor ayam, jadi jumlah keseluruhan 12 ekor ayam.
  Dari 12 ekor ayam tersebut, ada yang masuk dalam perlakuan pakan hijaun dan ada pula yang masuk dalam perlakuan hijauan+konsentrat, dan masing-masing 6 ekor.

a. R Squared = .999 (Adjusted R Squared = .998)


  Berdasarkan tabel di atas, terlihat bahwa pada variabel pakan*perlakuan mempunyai nilai sig. (p_value < 0.05). Artinya bahwa pada tingkat α = 5%interaksi antara hijauan+konsentrat yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap berat badan ayam.
  Pada variabel pakan dan perlakuan saja dapat dilihat bahwa nilai sig.(p_value < 0.05). Artinya bahwa pada tingkat α = 5%, faktor pakan dan perlakuan yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang sama terhadap pertambahan berat badan ayam.
